Emily Swallow
Swallow started her Broadway career, performing in various productions like High Fidelity at the Guthrie Theater as well as King Lear for Shakespeare in the Park. She also was on stage in Much Ado About Nothing for Shakespeare in the Park and the world premiere of the Off-Broadway play Romantic Poetry, Measure for Pleasure. Her film debut came in 2008, with the war film The Lucky Ones. The film premiered at the Los Angeles Geffen Playhouse of Donald Margulies play The Country House. The Guthrie Theatre she played opposite Mark Rylance as Nice Fish from Louis Jenkins. In 2010, she received the Falstaff Award, which is given to the female actor who performs the most in a production. The performance she gave as Kate in The Taming of the Shrew as Kate was the reason she received the award. Swallow and Jac huberman performed a Jac N Swallow stage show in New York, at both the Laurie Beeckman Theater & Joe's Pub on December 4, 2012. The humorous adventures of the pair are the main focus of their show. They have to face a range of challenges in their lives, but all with dignity. Based on their character, they're developing a television series. The Guthrie Theater premiered Nice Fish in 2013, a collaboration between Mark Rylance and Louis Jenkins. In 2016 she portrayed in the role in the role of Ayad Akhtar in Disgraced with the Center Theatre Group. Swallow had her first television appearance in Guiding Light. Her other parts comprise Southland. The Good Wife. NCIS. Flight of the Conchords. Medium. as a regular on the series The Doctor. Michelle Robidaux in TNT's Medical drama Monday Mornings[2[2]. She played FBI agents Kim Fischer in The Mentalist. 1-7 She was Amara who was the Darkness in Supernatural's 11th Season. In 2019, she'll assume the role of Armorer who is the Mandalorians' traditional leader on Star Wars' The Mandalorian. The Mandalorians who are traditional don't take off their helmets so that others can view. This character is increasingly observed in season 3 because the plot is more focused on the Mandalorian individuals and not only the Mandalorian
